We have transfered all websites over to a brand new server with a faster processor, a RAID&nbsp;1 hard drive configuration for data redundancy, and a 5x faster network port. If you are currently unable to access your website that means your DNS&nbsp;has not yet updated, this can take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on your ISP or DNS&nbsp;configuration. <strong>[JAN 6TH, 9:00PM EST]</strong> We will be performing emergency maintenance between Janurary 8th - 10th during late EST night hours. We are performing this maintenance in response to hardware and uptime issues that occured on Jan 5th. A downtime of 15 hours is expected during the entire course of the maintenance. <br />

We apologize for the inconvenience but this scheduled maintenance means faster speeds and ensured uptime in the future.<br />

This recent change has been implemented due to a recent hard drive crash that occurred earlier this month at dewPixel Hosting. With these changes, we hope all our current and future customers feel safe about not losing their data.<br />

<strong>Please Note: </strong>While we do download weekly backups it can not be 100%&nbsp;guaranteed that we will be able to restore those backups. As some of you might have noticed dewPixel Hosting has been having some issues this month. This month has been by far the worst month for dewPixel/DynaTech Hosting ever since we first got into the hosting business. DynaTech Hosting was the original name of dewPixel and has been running without any issues for almost three years now. This month started with a hard drive crash, and now the past few days we have been having network issues. As it turns out, the cause of the network issues was with one of our data center's network switches. The network switch that our server was connected to had to be replaced, which is why earlier today (Monday May 11th)&nbsp;the server was down for a while. From here on out it looks like our data center has straigthened out the switch issue and it appears to be over with. <br />

We regret to inform you that it appears all data has been lost.<br />
We are attempting to recover as much data as possible but as of right now it's not looking good.<br />
We are working hard to get our services back up and running as soon as possible so please be patient and we appologize for the inconvenience.<br />
